how to prevail in the mist of disappointment.
No matter what the disappointment is: lost loved one, failed relationship, not where you want to be in life, etc. you must know and understand that your current situation is not permanent. If you are continuously striving to better yourself, good things will come with time. Just hold on!

I'm not sure if you meant to write "mist", but you could have also intended "midst". "Mist" could be appropriate if you're thinking of comparing disappointment to the inability to see in fog or some such, but most people when they say something similar usually say "midst" to describe being in the middle of disappointments. Just trying to be helpful. Hopefully you feel it is. :)
